*CHECK IN
Once a reservation has been confirmed for your apartment we contact the new client. We set an arrival time to the apartment, how to arrive to the apartment, and resolve any doubts the client may have. We then meet the client at the apartment at the established time and show them the apartment and explain the conditions of their stay. We set a time for them to check out (maximum 11h) on their departure day, collect their rent money, security deposit, and hand over the keys.

*CHECK OUT
The day of departure we meet at the apartment at the previously set time with the client. At this time we check the state of the apartment and return the security deposit.

CLEANING
Once the clients have left the apartment we do the cleaning. We do this in a professional manner, cleaning the apartment in its entirety. Furthermore, we launder all the sheets, towels, and any other linens, make the beds, and prepare the apartment for the next guests.
