This call is to review your revenue report together and answer any questions you may have about it or the BFM. We will also assign you the pricing model that best suits your needs!

3.) THE MEETING AND GREETING

In-person meeting or video call

The last step in the process is to meet in person (video call for long distance customers) to finalize the contract and, most importantly, get to know the real people behind the brand we will serve. Then, BFM gets to work immediately; preparing a photo shoot of your properties, taking an inventory, creating a maintenance report and collecting the keys.

We take care of everything! It is only your responsibility to invest in improvements to your property. However, we take care of coordinating all the necessary work.

We offer two pricing plans: commission on the total amount of the reservation or a fixed monthly fee. - Tourist apartments with tourist license. From 20% + VAT commission, with the cost of cleaning to be paid by the guest. - Half-stay rentals: No tourist license is required. Stays from 1 to 11 months are considered half-stay stays. From 12% + VAT commission, with the cost of cleaning to be paid by the guest.

The results are seen immediately. However, the full potential of your property will begin to show in about 6 months, as your marketing strengthens with more guest reviews and your online reputation improves.

We work with owners living abroad and have several tools to ensure the transparency of our collaboration. Features such as real-time access to our platform for owners, calendar and rates for your property, as well as availability in different time zones for seamless communication.

We require a two-month notice to cancel contracts. However, for the sake of everyone's reputation, both the guest and the owners must honor reservations confirmed prior to the notice. In this way, we continue to provide excellent service to guests.

Our platform is ready to migrate from any PMS/Channel Manager you currently work with. Our tools ensure a smooth transition and that your property continues to generate revenue without interruption.
