- Reception in person: Our preferred method is a personalized check-in, where a member of our friendly team greets the guest directly at the apartment. He or she hands over the keys, gives a brief tour of the property, explains how everything works and shares valuable local tips using our personalized digital guide. This personal touch ensures that guests feel welcome and have all the information they need.
- Secure access to the key box: For guests arriving late or who prefer maximum flexibility, many of our properties offer the option of self check-in via secure key boxes with access codes. This allows guests to pick up their keys at any time upon arrival.
- Key collection: The output process is designed for simplicity:
- In most cases, guests can simply leave the keys inside the property upon departure and make sure the door is securely locked. Our check-out team will arrange for pick-up shortly thereafter.
- Guest assistance: We offer 24/7 online communication support before arrival, during the stay and even after departure. Guests have access to specific contact channels (such as WhatsApp or phone) for any immediate needs or emergencies. All guests receive access to our comprehensive digital guide, packed with personalized recommendations for exploring Barcelona, accommodation-specific information and troubleshooting tips. We offer flexibility with check-in, accommodating arrivals at any time of day, every day of the year, to accommodate various travel itineraries.
- Additional charges: Although we strive to offer maximum flexibility and offer check-in at any time, even on public holidays, please be aware of possible additional charges which will be transparently communicated prior to booking:
- Late arrival fee: A late arrival fee applies to cover the late working hours of our team who will welcome you in person.
- 25 € for arrivals between 20:00 (20:00) and 00:00 (00:00).
- 50 € for arrivals after 00:00 (midnight).
- Loss of keys: Charges may apply for the replacement of lost keys and the changing of locks if necessary for security reasons.
- Cleaning or maintenance during the stay: While standard cleaning is performed between stays, additional cleaning or maintenance services requested by the guest during their stay may have an additional cost, previously agreed upon.

Once the arrival form is submitted, we use the flight details and arrival time to track your trip and accurately anticipate your arrival. Guests receive the contact information of the team member who will welcome them, allowing direct communication by WhatsApp or phone on the day of check-in to confirm their exact arrival time at the apartment.
