- Tourist apartments with tourist license. From 20% commission + VAT, with the cost of cleaning to be paid by the guest. - Mid-stay rentals: No tourist license is required. Stays from 1 to 11 months are considered half-stay stays. From 12% commission + VAT, with the cost of cleaning to be paid by the guest.
With the Flat Monthly Fee, we agree on a fixed fee with the owner that we pay him monthly. With this model, the owner assumes no risk and will always receive the agreed amount, regardless of the income we obtain from the property. We take care of the maintenance and all the expenses that cover any necessary work. With the Booking Percentage, we take a commission of the total bookings and you receive the rest. The net income we both receive depends on the monthly booking income, which can vary depending on the season. We cover all maintenance expenses, except for any major investments needed in the property. We will be sure to coordinate any necessary work at any time.

You will receive a monthly payment with the current month's earnings at the beginning of the following month (e.g. January's payment is usually made within the first 5-7 days of February).

No fee is charged to you. However, we do charge a separate cleaning fee to the guest, but this cost is not shared with you.
